Serves 2 – 3, prep time 5mins
- 1 very ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (100% peanuts)
- 2 cups milk (any kind)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon vanilla yoghurt
- Peel the banana
- Place in a blender with all other ingredients.
- Blend well and serve. Perfect for after school.
