Peanut Butter Milkshake – Snack

Peanut Butter Milkshakes are an easy snack. Families Magazine is proud to bring you 20 healthy and easy to make snacks with recipes included!

Serves 2 – 3, prep time 5mins


  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (100% peanuts)
  • 2 cups milk (any kind)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla yoghurt


  1. Peel the banana
  2. Place in a blender with all other ingredients.
  3. Blend well and serve. Perfect for after school.
