Tropical OJ Icey Poles

Ingredients:
Directions:
- Using a food processor, blend the mango and mango juice for approx 1 – 2 minutes
- Pour a little into each of the ice block molds
- Pop into the freezer for 15 minutes
- Blend the pineapple in the same way and top up the ice block molds
- Pop back into freezer for15 minutes • Blend the oranges and pour into the ice block molds, this time insert the sticks
- Pop back into the freezer for 4-6 hours until completely frozen
