Choc Peanut Pretzel Balls
Makes 12
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of crushed salted pretzels
- 1⁄2 cup dark choc chips
- 1⁄2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
Directions:
- Crush the pretzels up into chunks using a wooden spoon
- Mix in a bowl with oats, choc chips, peanut butter and maple syrup
- Roll into golf ball sized circles and allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes
