We hit up Dreamworld for a day of fun, and boy did it deliver

With Kenny & Belinda’s Dreamworld (incorporating ABC KIDS WORLD, Wiggles World, and Play School), Tiger Island, Ocean Parade with its rides and water play, WILD with Australian Geographic (formerly Corroboree), and the all new thrilling Rivertown, Dreamworld is the ultimate place for family fun.

Rivertown is Dreamworld’s brand-new jungle adventure, designed for families to explore, discover, and enjoy together. Rivertown promises an unforgettable escape into the heart of the wild with an all-new rides, dining, and experiences.

While the Big Thrill rides weren’t for all of us, the birthday boy celebrated his milestone by going on The Claw EIGHT times in a row. Once with me, and additional seven times solo because #queasy

We loved meandering through the wide spacious grounds. There was plenty of shade, plenty of refreshments and tonnes of entertainment.

• Serpent Slayer – Choose your path wisely: take one line for a side-to-side swing, or take the alternate route, where you’ll soar 8 metres high, face up to 3.8 G-forces, and find yourself flipped. With six fierce vehicles seating four riders each, prepare for an exhilarating ride that tests your courage and sends adrenaline coursing through your veins.  
• Steel Taipan – You’ll hang on tight as Steel Taipan snakes around 1.2km of twists, turns and three gut-lurching launches!
