Brisbane Christian College

Pre-prep (Kindergarten)

Brisbane Christian College Kindergarten (Pre-Prep) is a Queensland Government Approved Kindergarten (child care Brisbane). The purpose-built Pre-Prep Centre in Coopers Plains is part of the Queensland Government Approved Kindergarten Program and offers an educational play-based program for children three years to school age with engaging high-tech facilities and a spacious, exciting outdoor play area.

Primary school (prep – year 5)

The Primary School recognises every student as being a valued individual who is to be given every opportunity to grow to become all that God wants him/her to be. Primary children enjoy Chinese language lessons and Gymnastics as a part of their curriculum. Children also have the opportunity to have music and instrument tuition, participate in regular musicals (for all ages), have fun doing art and drama, and explore the wild in outdoor education classes.

Middle school (year 6 – 8)

Middle School is a time of discovery and making choices in a supportive and challenging environment. Students are supported through the College House system; allowing them to journey alongside their peers and also be individually nurtured.

Students are given the opportunity to explore a range of elective subjects as they move confidently from a single teacher and classroom to many in preparation for the Secondary School learning environment.

Secondary school (years 9 – 12)

Secondary School is about confirming career choices and developing skills in your chosen field. Students will make many personal choices as they commit to graduating strong.

Years 11 and 12 students achieve their academic or vocational goals through the Pathway of Excellence program that is tailored to the individual student with university or apprenticeship opportunities, relevant subjects, co-curricular and outdoor learning opportunities and extension classes.
