Community Month is happening again – where members of our community can grab themselves free tickets to local theme parks in SE Queensland.
What is Community Month?
To celebrate our Community Heroes, Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast and Paradise Country are offering FREE admission during May (excludes Festival On The Farm on 13th May) to members of the Australian Emergency Services, Doctors, Nurses and Carers, Defence Force Personnel, Teachers and Educational Staff. Plus, up to four friends and family will receive entry to Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast for $29 and Paradise Country for $15.
You can also experience the most breathtaking live dinner and show at Australian Outback Spectacular with Return of High Country Legends. Community Heroes can enjoy the show for only $49 while friends and family get discounted tickets for $69 by calling the them directly on 13 33 86*. Please note this offer is not valid for Saturday night shows.
And like last year you don’t have to go during a specific week. All Community Heroes are welcome to visit any day throughout May to Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast and Paradise Country, and Australian Outback Spectacular on show nights, excluding Saturday.
Who is eligible during Community Month?
The following professions are eligible for free tickets in 2018:
Defence Force Personnel
Includes Royal Australian Navy, Australian Army and the Royal Australian Air Force.
Medical Professionals
Enrolled Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, Aged Care and Direct Carers (Care Workers, Foster Carers).
Teachers and Educational Staff
Includes Kindergarten, Prep, Primary and Secondary School Teachers, Tertiary Teachers, Lecturers and Professors.
Emergency Services
Includes Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance, Paramedics and SES Assistance.
What theme parks does this apply to?
The FREE pass is available ONLY at Wet’nWild or Paradise Country. In 2018 this is NOT valid for at Warner Bros. Movie World or Sea World.

Terms and Conditions Apply: *Friends and Family can only receive discounted entry prices if they are present with one of the listed Community Heroes groups with a valid industry photo ID and/or proof of employment. *FREE entry will only be granted to Community Heroes with a valid industry photo ID and/or proof of employment. Australian Outback Spectacular Dinner and Show at the discounted rate can only be booked through their Contact Centre on 13 33 86 and excludes Saturday night performances. Festival On The Farm is also excluded in Community Month.
When is Community Month valid?
In 2018 you don’t have to go during a specific week. All community groups are welcome throughout May 2018 to Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast, Paradise Country and Australian Outback Spectacular.
What Forms of Identification Are Acceptable To Prove Employment?
The front gate staff will ask the employee to provide proof of employment in the relevant field.
Acceptable forms of ID are:
- Photographic Staff ID with organisation name
- Recent Payslip AND Drivers License or Passport
- Uniform Name Badge with Organisation Name/Logo AND Drivers License or Passport
