Mount Gravatt Swimming Pool is a Sam Riley Swimming School conveniently located next to Mount Gravatt East State School. It’s a perfect all-year swimming venue with both indoor and outdoor heated pools – fantastic for soaking away those winter chills!

What’s there?
Indoor and outdoor heated pools, wading pool, kiosk and gym. The indoor pool, with wheelchair ramp access, is heated to a cosy 32 degrees all year round, while the heated 25m outdoor pool is maintained at a temperature of 27 degrees. There’s a specially designed kids play area, and a snack kiosk with seating by the entrance. The changing rooms are also heated so you can be sure to leave with a rosy glow!
Great! When is it open?
Winter hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday 7am to 2pm, closed on public holidays. Winter season is from mid-April to mid-September. Please check the website for details of the summer opening hours.
Is Mount Gravatt Swimming Pool accessible?
Yes, the indoor pool has a wheelchair ramp access, and as one of the Brisbane City Council Pools, Mount Gravatt East Swimming Pool honours the Queensland Government Companion Card, which allows free entry for anyone accompanying a person with disability who requires attendant care support.
Prices:
Adults, aged 15 years and over, $6.30; children 2-14 years, $4.20; children under two and spectators, free. There are discounted family passes and monthly multiple-visit passes available too.
Entry Conditions:
Children aged 12 years or younger must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.
