Each homemade product is inspired by the echo of birds in the tranquil environment surroundings.

Indulge in a variety of both sweet and savoury dishes, in addition to freshly baked scones with double cream and homemade jams. Savoury delicacies include tiger prawn cos hearts, smoked salmon and caviar, salami, olive and tomato, turkey and cucumber brioche, honey ham and pastrami.
