High Tea for Mother’s Day in Brisbane 2019

Whilst a number of Brisbane’s major venues; Rydges, Hilton, Marriott,  Parliament House and Sofitel, are offering special events for Mother’s Day in Brisbane, we have listed here only the high teas (not breakfasts, brunches, lunches or dinners). We’ve also listed other venues that we consider ‘hidden treasures’ tucked away in the suburbs which may surprise and delight you.

1. Mother’s Day at the oldest and most loved cafe in Brisbane

Shingle Inn Brisbane City Hall High Tea

3. Queensland Parliament – Mother’s Day High Tea 2019

7. Pig ‘N’ Whistle – High Tea

High Tea at Pig ‘N’ Whistle is served in the Bistrot (Indooroopilly) and is one of the best in Brisbane. With elegant and quaint surroundings, the Bistrot provides the perfect setting for this quintessentially English experience.

Guests are invited to relax and enjoy morning and afternoon tea with impeccable service. Pig ‘N’ Whistle uses three-tiered stands and fine china and silverware. 9. Mother’s Day High Tea at Sofitel

9. Mother’s Day High Tea (Riverland Brisbane and Baa Baa Bao)

Treat Mum this Mother’s Day with High Tea the Riverland way.

A collaboration with Hey Sugar Custom Cakes, Baa Baa Bao, Phil’s Dumpling Envy, Riverland and G.H. Mumm are swapping the tea and coffee for champagne and cocktails! Woohoo, sounds like our kind of high tea!

Indulge in a selection of cheeses, savoury treats and decadent sweet platters; and enjoy with a glass of one of the world’s most elegant Champagnes from G.H. Mumm whilst in a relaxed atmosphere enjoying views of the Brisbane River and The Story Bridge. Live acoustic performance from the very talented & smooth Mr. Alexander Mills from 11.00am.

Riverland’s High Tea is designed for guests to share in tables of any size with a minimum of 2 persons required for a booking. Larger groups are welcome across multiple tables.
