How to make our easy 2 ingredient fudge recipe

I am not even joking when I tell you how easy it is to make this easy 2 ingredient fudge recipe.

Method

  1. Tip the contents of the chocolate chips packet and the sweetened condensed milk into a microwave proof bowl.
  2. Melt in 30 second increments.
  3. Stir after every 30 seconds.
  4. When completely melted (no lumps in the mixture), pour into a greased pan, or line with baking paper.
  5. Let cool in the fridge and then cut into pieces.

Families Tip: Consider using a heart-shaped cutter to make fudge love hearts for Valentine’s Day. Wrap them in cellophane and tie them up with ribbon and you’ve got a fun little gift for co-workers or something simple to share with the kids on the day. Even better, get the kids involved in making the fudge.
