There is a certain something special about walking around Christmas Markets in the lead up to Christmas. Even without a lot of cash to splash the ambiance of the event, the spirit of the people and (more often than not) the scent of Christmas in the air is enough to put you and your kids in a fantastic mood for the rest of the day or night.
We’ve contacted all our friends and rounded up a comprehensive list of Christmas Markets from the Gold Coast, through Tweed and down to Byron Bay for you and your family in 2023.

LORDS Christmas Markets | Pimpama | 2023
Enjoy a great community atmosphere while making an early start on your Christmas shopping! The LORDS Christmas Markets will offer some great gift ideas.

Saturday 2nd December 2023
Hungarian Santa and Christmas Market | Carrara | 2023
Celebrate Christmas together on the Gold Coast at this FREE event. They would like to invite the children to go and help decorate the Christmas tree upon arrival. For the youngest ones, there is a baby-corner for mums and bubs to chill. For older children, there will be various activities to do. Santa will be coming to town at 2pm! DON’T FORGET TO REGISTER your child for Santa’s gift list via text.
During the event, there will be a Christmas Market at the venue, with stallholders selling lovely Christmas presents, so take some cash to grab some beautiful gifts for your loved ones. For lunch, they offer traditional fisherman’s soup, and sausage sizzle. There will be tea, coffee, soft drink and beer available at the bar.

The Village Markets | Burleigh Heads | 2023
The Gold Coast’s favourite boutique market and community for creative small businesses would love you to come and spend your Sunday morning with them! You’ll find boutique market stalls in fashion, vintage, art and lifestyle, street food stalls and pre-loved Rack Sales. You can also pickup your market merchandise including our oversized tote bags and re-useable market goods too.

Surfers Paradise Christmas Twilight Market | Surfers Paradise | 2023
It’s time to get into the festive spirit and treat yourself, by heading down to the beachside to enjoy a range of local handmade gifts, terrific tunes, sweets and treats, entertainment for Santa’s little helpers, and to have a unique, unforgettable outdoor shopping experience in paradise.

Christmas Markets GC | Broadwater Parklands | 2023

Hide & Seek Children’s Market | Upper Coomera | 2023
Spend the day at our market and keep the kids busy with entertainment from 8am, while you shop our beautiful range of stalls stocking a range of lovely children’s products.

All your favourite stallholders will be there, as well as special guest, Santa Claus! You’ll find Santa strolling through the market from 6am-11.30am.
