Choc-Avocado Mousse – Snack

Choc-Avocado Mousse

Serves 2 -3, prep time 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • ½ an avocado, flesh removed and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pure cocoa (100%)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Method:

  1. Place all ingredient in a food processor
  2. Blend on high until well combined and smooth.
  3. Serve with fruit skewers or a fruit platter.
