Serves 2 – 3, prep time 5 mins
- 1 cup reduced fat Ricotta
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt (or try berry)
- 1 – 2 tablespoons pure cocoa (100%)
- Fresh berries
- Choc chips
- Crushed Nuts
- Orange Zest
- Simply whisk together your Ricotta, yoghurt and cocoa and garnish!
So quick and simple! I didn’t think it needed any extra sweetness as the vanilla yoghurt I used was already sweet, but you could of course add a little sugar if you wanted.
