Toowoomba Show: Find Out What is On This Year!

This article will share all the details about the Toowoomba Show 2024.

The Royal Toowoomba Show is a fantastic event held annually at the Royal Toowoomba Showgrounds. The first Toowoomba Show was in 1860! Back then, the show was mostly an agricultural event with the focus being on livestock judging, equestrian events, wood chopping, and more.

All these things still take place at the show but it now fosters more of a carnival feel, making it the perfect place to take the kids for entertainment

When is the next Toowoomba Royal Show?

In 2024, the Toowoomba Show will be held over three days from the 18th – 20th of April at the Toowoomba Showgrounds.

  • Thursday 18 April 2024
  • Friday 19 April 2024
  • Saturday 20 April 2024 

What’s on for families at the Toowoomba Show 2024?

There is so much to see and do at the Toowoomba Show. Here are just a few of the highlights…

Bluey and Bingo Live 2023

The very popular Bluey and Bingo will at the Toowoomba Show to entertain crowds both young and old. These adventurous and energetic sisters will be sure to entertain your little ones with their action-packed adventures. 

Live shows:

  • Thursday, March 30th – 3.15pm, 5.15pm & 6.20pm
  • Friday, March 31st – 3.15pm, 5.15pm & 6.20pm
  • Saturday, April 1st – 11am, 4.15pm & 6.20pm 

Meet and greet opportunities are also available after the shows. With only limited spots available, make sure you register for the Meet ‘n’ Greet.  

Eroni’s Circus 

Beautiful, glamorous costumes, lively original music, immaculately presented animals, traditional circus clowns, the smell of sawdust in the air and the anticipation of what exciting act will come out next through the red velvet curtains.

Eroni’s Circus will perform on: 

  • Thursday, March 30th – 3pm
  • Friday, March 31st – 10am, 12.30pm, & 3pm
  • Saturday, April 1st – 10am, 12,30am, & 3pm

Jetpack & Jetski Superheroes 

Jetpack Superheroes have come to surprise all with their awesome daredevil antics! They are a highly skilled stunt team who operates a water powered jetpack, jetboard and stunt jetski riders/water skiers and Jetsurf (motor surfboard).

Shows will be on:

  • Thursday, March 30th – 6.50pm
  • Friday, March 31st – 6.50pm
  • Saturday, April 1st – 6.50pm

Firework Show 

Don’t miss out on the firework shows we have organised over the course of the Toowoomba Show. Make sure you bring your kids along to at least one for a timeless, magical experience!

Times: 

  • Thursday, March 30th – 6.40pm, & 8.15pm
  • Friday, March 31st – 6.40pm, & 8.15pm
  • Saturday, April 1st – 6.40pm, & 8pm

How long does the show run for and when is the best day for families?

The Toowoomba Show runs for three days from Thursday through to Saturday. The Friday is a public holiday for all those in the region and is known as Show Day. The Saturday of the show is generally known as a family day and involves a great range of discounts and savings on things like showbags and rides.

How much does the Royal Toowoomba Show cost?

A family ticket of 2 adults and 2 children will cost you $45 – $55 depending on the day (or buy a multi-day family pass for $80). This does not include rides or showbags. Find out more ticketing information here.
