Katie J Design & Events is a small family business that specialises in personalised party decorations and supplies.

Celebrations and party planning are their passion. Through the years, they have grown their business to include over 300 party themes and packages as well as ideas and inspiration their customers can use as they plan their own parties.

Who are they?

Their company opened in 2014 and now has Australia’s biggest range of personalised party decorations and supplies. They are 100% Australia owned, made, and operated.

The Katie J Design & Events team includes Katie J, her husband Beau, and their three children. They work together to design, print, and package all of their personalised products in their studio office. Their children love to help pack orders, clean the office, and consult on new designs and party themes.

Katie’s love for kids’ parties and themed celebrations started after her oldest son was born in 2007. By the time her daughter was born in 2011, she was spending her time planning and hand making decorations, supplies, and favours for their parties.

As friends, family, and party guests started asking for help planning their own parties, Katie expanded to a social media page and eBay store so she could share her passion with others.

Their house, office, and printing supplies expanded in 2015, and their family expanded in 2016 with the birth of Katie’s youngest daughter.

Each member of the family plays a vital role in the business. They pour their love into all of the designs and products their create in their home. And they understand that even though families are often short on time and budget conscious, celebrations are important.
