Our Visit to Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq in Bowen Hills

Recently we were invited to check out Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq in Bowen Hills and boy did we have a blast! 5 stars highly recommended this family friendly venue for an awesome day (or night) out!

There were 6 of us who went – 3 adults + 3 kids aged 12, 14 and 16. We had a fantastic time and spent around 2.5 hours there.

What do you do at Archie Brothers at Bowen Hills?

Lots!! Archie Brothers at Bowen Hills is full of arcade games, a bowling alley, karaoke and bar with delicious cocktails and bar snacks! They also host parties and have a dedicated party room!

When we were there we played arcade games for around an hour and then hit up the bowling alley with pizza for dinner! We went on a Friday after school and it was great. We were home with the kids by 8.30pm so it wasn’t a late night, but the kids (and the adults) had the best time!

What ages is Archie Brothers good for?

In my opinion kids aged around 5 years and up would get a kick out of the games and bowling alley – as well as the snacks. There are plenty of options for little kids, but probably the best ages would be families with kids aged upper primary school and high school kids. What a fantastic way to make memories with your family!

I also think this would be a great place for a work colleague to go for a work Christmas party or other celebration.

Families tip: Archie Brothers is very loud with all the noises from the arcade games as well as the people having fun there. If you have a noise sensitive child, they offer noise and audio sensory maps for their venues so if your child needs support in this area, do get in touch as they are happy to help!

You know what they say! The family that slays (zombies) together, stays together.
Recently we enjoyed a night out at @archiebrothersce in King Street in Bowen Hills. Opened in September, they are welcoming families, friends and work colleagues to come and play games, bowl, drink and dine in their brand spanking new location. Add this one to your school holiday bucket list people. You won’t regret it.

Families tip: do the dance mat, hilarious!! 😍
