World Wetlands Day at Boondall Wetlands | Boondall

Join the Brisbane City Council team for a fun-filled day celebrating and spending time in our beautiful local wetlands for World Wetlands Day on Sunday 4 February 2024 from 9am – 12:30pm.
Staff at the environment centres can’t wait to share it with you for this year’s theme of ‘human wellbeing and wetlands’.
Simply rock up on the day to jump on a guided walk, do some craft, or have a picnic with coffee from the plastic-free coffee van.
And the first 300 visitors will have the opportunity to take home a free native plant!
