RAAF Amberley Aviation Heritage Centre Open Day

RAAF Amberley Aviation Heritage Centre hold public open days each month on a Sunday from 8:30am-1:00pm. Please see the list of 2024 open day event dates below.

Get up close and personal with aircraft displays and learn about the rich past of our military. See the striking F-111 renowned for its dump and burns, the scale of the Dakota and Caribou responsible for transporting people and cargo all around the world, or imagine the wind beating down from the rotors of a Blackhawk, Iroquois and Sioux helicopters.

Explore a large range of military aircraft from years gone by, plus vehicles, aircraft equipment, reconnaissance cameras, a pop-up air raid shelter, cockpit modules, and other military memorabilia.

This event is suitable for young and old, so bring along the kids and anyone else who loves planes.
