Medibank Feel Good Program Energy Class

Brisbane’s free outdoor fitness series, the Medibank Feel Good Program, returns from 4 October – 4 December 2021, across South Bank Parklands and at Queens Gardens, Brisbane City. 

Please note: pre-registration is not required to attend classes however all attendees must check-in with the Check in Qld app on arrival as per Queensland Heath directives.

Yoga

Meditate and Stretch

Encourage movement and flow through your mind and body. 

Pilates

A class to tone, stretch and strengthen the body. 

Bootcamp

Bring bubs along for this specialized post-natal class to help rebuild strength.
