Bundamba State Secondary College, opened in 1970, is a school rich in cultural diversity and is proud of its history in academic and sporting achievement. Of approximately 800 enrolled students, roughly 10% are Indigenous and 10% Pacifica.
The school’s commitment lies in its care for all students, holding pride, respect, responsibility, and empowerment in high priority, which form the basis of the School Wide Positive Behaviour Support Program.
Staff and students at Bundamba State Secondary College are passionate about preserving and showcasing diversity through regular events and activities including the Academic Program, NAIDOC week celebrations and the ANZAC Day ceremony.

Facilities at Bundamba State Secondary College:
More than $20 million has been spent on Bundamba State Secondary College during major facilities updates that took place as part of the State Schools of Tomorrow Project. The school now offers its students a world class performing arts complex, leadership centre and rock climbing facilities. Upgrades also incorporated refurbishments to classrooms, the resource centre and administration building.
