Peaks to Points Festival Family Day | Rocklea

FreeDiscover the beauty in greater Brisbane’s backyard at the Peaks to Points Festival 2024.
The 2-week celebration returns with their biggest line-up yet, with over 55 family friendly events across Brisbane, Ipswich, Redlands & Logan regions.
Experience amazing natural areas on your doorstep through free events and hands-on activities, ranging from bush walks, birdwatching, tree plantings, workshops and seminars, bus tours, spotlight night events and lots of other great eco-activities.
There are events that explore natural habitat of koalas and platypus and encourage families to give back to the community and support Bushcare groups, businesses and government who are doing their part to protect our environment.
The Peaks to Points Festival Family Day will open the festival weekend on Sunday 21 July, is free to attend, family-friendly and dog-friendly.
The day will feature live local entertainment including the QLD Urban Utilities Water Warriors Show and a magic show. There will be FREE kids’ arts and crafts, face painting, a jumping castle & rock-climbing wall.
Over 40 sustainability and environmental groups with be exhibiting along with food trucks and drink vendors.
Sunday 21 July, 10am-3pm, Oxley Creek Common, 428 Sherwood Road, Oxley.
The overall festival program runs through till 4 August, with events that explore natural habitat of koalas and platypus and encourage families to give back to the community and support bushcare groups, businesses and government who are doing their part to protect our environment.
