A snowstorm is heading for The Twelfth Night Theatre these December School Holidays.
Frozen Jr is one of the most popular and well-loved Disney musicals to hit the stages in Australia in 2023. For the first time in forever, Brisbane audiences will get the opportunity to see Frozen Jr at The Twelfth Night Theatre, Bowen Hills.
Who doesn’t love the story of Anna and Elsa and their adventures in the snowy mountains of Arendelle? With the lovable Olaf, the quirky Kristoff, and his reindeer Sven supported by a cast of over 40 young performers, this is sure to be an absolute hit with families these school holidays. With well-known and well-loved songs such as “Do You Want To Build a Snowman,” “Fixer Upper,” “Love is an Open Door,” and “Let it Go,” this show is sure to be a crowd-pleaser for young and old alike. It’s the perfect choice for all the family. Come and see your favourite characters live on stage and meet them after the show for photo opportunities.
The junior version of Frozen is played by a cast of performers all 18 years and younger – and this cast brings together the best of the best young performers in Brisbane right now. Anthony Van Stam – who has just been accepted into the CON for Classical Voice – takes on the role of the machinating Prince Hans, alternating with Miguel Gambley who last year was chosen to be one of the voices on the MTI guide vocals recording of Dot and the Kangaroo Jr – a new work to be released later this year.
Leo Chick takes on the role of the hilarious and lovable Olaf.
Zoe Hitchcock and Sienna Randall share the lead role of the somewhat ditsy Anna, with both young performers having taken on an amazing number of roles in the past 7 years during which they have been working with Roar Academy. Equally, Abbie Gommers and Tessa Parrish will let it go on stage in the shared role of Elsa.
Toby Bailey, Lucas Van Stam, Benjamin Rimes, Tiarna Douglas, Ella Western-Dyer, Theo Hunt, Benjamin O’Regan-Lambert, Tylah-Jay Foster, and Rory Argles are just some of the amazing youth cast that we have brought together for this family-friendly production. You will be amazed at the talent on stage!!
