City of Gold Coast’s Mayor’s Christmas Carols is on at the HOTA Outdoor Stage and HOTA Parklands. The event takes place on Saturday 2 December 2023, presented by Village Roadshow Theme Parks and proudly supported by 7NEWS Gold Coast, 1029 Hot Tomato and HOTA, Home of the Arts.
This event will be headlined by none other than Human Nature!
The event runs from 6pm to 9pm.
2023 Mayor’s Christmas Carols event information
The Mayor’s Christmas Carols is one of the biggest Christmas events on the Gold Coast.
You won’t want to miss it!
Supporting the headliner, Human Nature, the festive celebration will feature:
- The Gold Coast’s very own Lily Grace
- The Brisbane City Gospel Choir
- Warner Bros. Movie World’s Looney Tunes Christmas Show
- Santa
- and more!
Hosted by 7News Gold Coast presenters Amanda Abate and Steve Titmus, and 1029 Hot Tomato’s Emily Jade O’Keeffe and Galey, the evening will begin at 6pm and conclude at 9pm with a fabulous fireworks finale to light up your night!
The Warner Bros. Movie World’s Looney Tunes Christmas Show is back, and you will get to enjoy plenty of exciting entertainment through the evening. Of course, the jolly man himself, Santa, will be making an appearance too!
There will be plenty of yummy food trucks to explore throughout the event so come along hungry.
Sing along to your favourite carols and look to the skies for a sparkling festive firework display at the end!

If you can’t get a ticket, have no feat! HOTA Parklands will also be broadcasting the event live, with free family entertainment and a delicious assortment of food trucks. No tickets are required for this area. Both areas will be open from 4pm.
