Little BIG DASH is back for 2017
Little BIG DASH is back in the Brisbane / Ipswich region with 10 Fun Obstacles Over 3 kms and a range of team options that will keep all family combinations happy!
Brisbane families can look forward to another obstacle adventure full of colour, fun and guaranteed laughs for parent and child after the launch of the Sanitarium Little BIG DASH. This four year old Brisbane event is moving to Limestone Park, Ipswich, on Sunday 9th July 2017.
An enlarged obstacle course
Teams of two to six dashers will enter TEN obstacles over the enlarged three kilometre course. Do the Donut Dash, navigate through the Bubble Blastas well as tackle the giant Rumble Tumble Tower and other new obstacles over a super fun three kilometre course.
As we all work to keep ourselves and our kids more active, more often, Families Magazine – Brisbane is excited to announce an event that bring parents and children together and makes exercise fun.
Dress up to win prizes after you finish the course
There will be prizes for dressing up – so we encourage all ‘Dashers’ to find some fun and quirky matching outfits to wear!
The event has changed this year to be completed in teams of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6! This year the age limit for children is 5 years old – 15 years old. Adults are those 16+.
At the finale ‘Dashers’ will collect their Little BIG DASH shirts and stamp them with their hand prints, creating a unique memento of their adventure.
What a great way to spend a Sunday morning with your family! As Dashers enjoy the carnival atmosphere, they will be left smiling with elation from a great time shared.
Every ‘Dasher’ will receive a number of official Little BIG DASH merchandise items, including an official participant bib, an official Little BIG DASH cap, and handprint memento shirts.
For safety reasons, parents and kids run together. You must make sure that there are a maximum of two children per adult.
Costs of entry (depending on when you buy tickets):
One adult and one child – $45-$55 per person
Three people (one adult and two children or two adults and one child) – $44-$54 per person
Two adults and two children – $43 – $53 per person
Two adults and three children – $42-$52 per person
Two adults and four children – $41-$51 per person
