Grace Lutheran Primary School is a co-educational school located in Clontarf, north of Brisbane. Catering for Prep-Year 6, Grace Lutheran has state-of-the-art teaching technology and resources, and promotes strong academic programs.

The school has a Senior Learning Plaza for Year 6 students, which is designed to prepare them for transitioning to high school. It has laptop lounges, whiteboard touch screens, whiteboard tables and ergonomic chairs. Students can sit at high tables or desk-level tables, or use donut lounges in learning pods for group activities. The facility also incorporates voice-microphone technology for hearing impaired students.

Like all good schools in Redcliffe, Grace has a one-to-one laptop program, and integrated iPad and iPod use throughout the school.

There are designated Prep rooms, a learning resource centre and a huge hall, with drama activities undertaken in The Space.

Students are well catered for in the playground. Prep students have a play boat – the SS Seas the Moment – which incorporates a platform for drama performances. The Junior oval features a big wooden outdoor stage.

Grace Lutheran Primary School provides a safe and nurturing Christian environment, with a Pastor and church office on site. A student welfare worker and Family Ministry Chaplain provide pastoral care and deliver Christian studies sessions in an informal way.

There is a buddy program that pairs Prep students with Year 5 students, and Year 1 students with Year 6 students. The Parents and Friends Association is strong, and the school has a Parent Hub open during school drop off and pick-up where parents can gather information, share ideas and become more connected with school activities.
