St Peters Lutheran College Indooroopilly aims to challenge minds, nurture hearts and build strong futures for all students.
St Peters is a co-educational day and boarding school providing a quality, holistic education in a caring environment underpinned by strong Christian values.
From Prep to Year 12 each child learns and develops through innovative curriculum and teaching. The College motto is Plus Ultra meaning ‘ever higher’ and encourages students to strive ever higher to be life-long learners and critical, creative thinkers.
Located on 52 leafy acres in Brisbane’s inner west, St Peters students enjoy world class teaching, music, and sporting facilities and have access to a range of co and extra-curricular activities and service-learning opportunities, all of which contribute to a well-rounded education.
St Peters Lutheran College offers a comprehensive cocurricular Sport program and provides equipment and coaching for over 25 sports. St Peters is a member of the Queensland Girls Secondary Schools Sports Association (QGSSSA) and Associated Independent Colleges (AIC) and students also participate in inter-Lutheran school competitions throughout the year.
Music is an integral part of student life at St Peters and our College is recognised for having one of the most outstanding music programs in Australia. Students can participate in choirs, bands and string ensembles and have opportunities to tour nationally and internationally.
Other cocurricular activities offered at St Peters include the iconic Outdoor Education Program, Ironbark; the Duke of Edinburgh Award; and a Digital program comprising robotics, eSports, drones and coding.
