Queensland Air Museum
Calling all aviation fans! Here’s your one-off opportunity to climb aboard the Orion, one of the RAAF’s most serviceable aircraft at the Queensland Air Museum.

From pursuing Russian submarines during the Cold War, to the search for missing Malaysian Airlines flight MH370, the AP-3C Orion is one of the RAAF’s quiet achievers. The AP-3C Orion is an extremely versatile aircraft capable of land and maritime surveillance, anti-submarine and anti-ship warfare, naval fleet support and search and rescue operations. The great news is it will be available for you to view during an exclusive Orion tour over the weekend of Sat 23 Jan and Sun 24 Jan. The specialist Orion crew will be on hand to show you the many features unique to the Orion.
