Pine Rivers Heritage Museum is holding a Night at the Museum!
This is your chance to see the museum after dark – get up close and personal with some snakes and lizards, watch a live artist demonstration, and don’t miss Museum Happy Hour where you can try an insect-themed mocktail as well as roasted cricket and cricket corn chip tastings.
Take the fun museum trail to solve the mystery and stop Terry, a tiny critter threatening to eat the Museum, and check out the hands-on exhibition Minibeasts. This evening will be fun for all ages!

All evening – solve the mystery in our museum trail; see a live artist demonstration; and check out the exhibition Minibeasts
5pm to 6pm – see some not-so-mini beasts with Wildlife Unleashed’s snakes and lizards, ask the handlers all your curly creature questions and take a photo
7pm to 8pm – Museum Happy Hour! Yummy insect-themed mocktails, plus roasted cricket and cricket corn chip tastings.
This is an evening not to be missed. Don’t forget while you’re there to also check out the Moonlight Markets at Old Petrie Town, where you can grab some delicious dinner, shop the markets, and enjoy the entertainment.
