First Nations Children's Book Reading

A special childrens book reading event to celebrate NAIDOC week!

Through a selection of stories by First Nations authors and retelling of traditional stories from First Nations communities we celebrate the history and culture of Aboriginal peoples and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

These books inspire imagination, courage and confidence in all ages to foster a love, curiosity and passion for culture.

This is a free, drop in event. Groups of 10+ please book via email: education@qm.qld.gov.au.

Recommended for ages 3 to 5.
