Mould Cheese Festival | Brisbane

 

Showcasing over 75 varieties of the very best in local artisan cheese from around the country, there’s a fromage to suit every palate at this year’s Australia-wide Mould celebrations. The free-wheeling event championing Australian-made cheese, and the community that surrounds it, returns to Brisbane as part of this year’s Mould tour.

Since 2017, Mould Cheese Festival has delivered brie-lliant tasting experiences across Australian, celebrating homegrown cheeses from the textured and earthy, to raw milk varieties, and everything in between.

Expect other dairy-driven additions and matched pairings on the day such as olives, butter and smallgoods, as well as a myriad of cheese-focused dishes from a range of local cheesemongers and chefs.
