Lego Habitats workshop with Chrissy Foreman

Join this wellbeing-inspired creative workshop, making habitats for LEGO characters during Mental Health Week.

In this workshop, participants will be provided with a lucky dip LEGO minifigure and create a nourishing habitat for them to live in, using boxes and colourful craft supplies. This creative experience aims to reinforce self-care, nourishing our needs, and participating in creativity as a natural tool for emotional regulation.

The workshop is facilitated Intuitive intuitive artist and art therapist Chrissy Foreman.
