Kids Weekend: Christmas in July

A winter wonderland is coming to Surfers Paradise this July! Experience the magic of Christmas as Surfers Paradise Foreshore comes alive with a dazzling array of FREE festive adventures from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 July 2023.

• Live out your winter wonderland dreams by gliding across the open-air beachside ice rink, adorned with shimmering lights!
• Visit the Kids Workshop area to decorate (and eat!) a snowflake cookie and get crafty with some colouring-in.
• Explore the enchanting winter markets and discover delightful treasures.
• Snuggle up with classic Christmas movies on the beach.
• Indulge in a delicious meal from the various Surfers Paradise eateries.
• And don’t forget to visit the cozy Igloo Lounge, where you can enjoy live local music and treat yo-ELF to a delightful winter treat (*hint* Churros and Hot Chocolate!)

Celebrate the gift of time with your loved ones at Kids Weekend: Christmas in July. No need to book, the ice skating and kids workshops will run sessions every 30 minutes on a first in first served basis, if a session is full you may need to line up or come back. 

Getting there: ride the G:link to Cavill Avenue or make your journey active and walk, ride, scoot or skate to the event.
