Get ready to unleash the fun with the Homeward Hounds Event, brought to you by the awesome team at the Greyhound Adoption Program (GAP) under the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission (QRIC)! April is not just any month, it’s National Greyhound Adoption Month, and we’re all about celebrating our retired racing superstars.
Come meet and mingle with fur-tastic greyhounds who are all geared up and ready to find their forever homes. A expert team will also be on hand to answer any and all questions you have about these amazing furry companions, whether you’re curious about adoption or fostering.
But wait, there’s more! The event will be jam-packed full of great fun for the whole family, with a Speedy Paws Parade, Fast Facts session with Vet David Blyde, a kids’ colouring competition, a talented face painter, a selfie wall adorned with props and a professional photographer stationed to capture those first precious moments with your newest family member.
