The cancellation of the EKKA is yet another blow to our rural and regional Queensland community who look forward to visiting the big smoke each year. The great news is you can still show our farmers your support!
Join regional and rural businesses, families and makers from around Queensland at the Buy from the Bush Queensland Festival to be held at Summer Land Camels on Saturday 18 September 2021! Plus, it’s FREE admission.
From 9am-3pm, experience the best of a boutique country market while you eat fantastic food, have a great time with friends, visit the bar for refreshments, enjoy the stunning views from the property, meet and feed friendly camels and relax to the sounds of a local entertainer while you browse through the stalls.
Live entertainment, a dedicated “Kids Corner” and a raffle with fantastic prizes are a few other things to look forward to. You can also take part in a farm tour by booking via the Summer Land Camel website, and camel rides can be arranged on the day.
Summer Land Camels has a covid safe plan in place, and visitors will be required to sign in and follow government requirements such as physical distancing.
