The Brisbane Museum is hosting the ‘Build your own city LEGO™ workshop’ these Easter 2016 school holidays.

What’s On for kids at the Brisbane Museum

The Brisbane Museum is inviting Brisbane kids (and their Brisbane families too!) to show them the Brisbane of tomorrow in a creative and colourful way by constructing a new landmark in their family-friendly LEGO™ workshop.

Be inspired by the new and upcoming architectural models in Brisbane and their nine Sister Cities in Living in the City exhibit and get a hands-on, minds-on creative experience as you construct your very own architectural masterpiece in this ‘Build your city LEGO™’ workshop.

Museum etiquette

Conditions of Entry

To ensure the safety of the artworks, and in consideration of other visitors, we ask that movement through the Museum be orderly and considerate. For the safety of artworks and visitors, it is a requirement that visitors to the Museum must accept and comply with these conditions.

  • No touching of artwork
  • No food/drink
  • No smoking
  • No large bags or helmets | Cloakroom available on City Hall ground floor
  • No umbrellas | Cloakroom available on City Hall ground floor
  • No flash photography or as otherwise directed
  • Group visit must be booked at least two weeks in advance
  • Mobile phones should be turned to silent mode
